What is Adaptive+?

The Adaptive+ Program looks to improve our athletes functional skills, that will help in their everyday lives! We focus on 5 major movement patterns: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, and Locomotion. Additionally we will work on increasing neurological abilities such as coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance; With skills such as jumping, grip strength, and climbing!

The Workout

Each week we will focus on a diverse set of skills and movements! In our hour class, we will warm up, mobilize and jump right into learning our daily skills! Then our athletes, along with our amazing staff of experts and volunteers, will CRUSH a great workout! All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to jump in!

The Community

The best part of our Adaptive+ Program is the community that is built along the way! We are not just building strong bodies and minds, but an incredible network of adaptive athletes, parents, experts and assistive communities! As we grow we hope to spread Adaptive+ to other gyms, in the area. Growing our community even more! We are undoubtedly, better together!
